Your firm is invited to submit a proposal to provide Dumpster Rental and Trash Disposal services for the 2010 Parker Days Event on June 10, 11, 12 & 13.

Below are the relevant specifications and requirements. Vendors are invited to submit bids with substitutions and/or suggestions should the specified products be unavailable to them. Any further questions may be directed to: Scott Wattum via email at events@parkerdays.org

Purpose of Request

Parker Days, formerly called the Parker Country Festival is a yearly event held the second weekend in June, in Old Town Parker. Dates for the 2010 event are June 11, 12 & 13. The event will typically draw anywhere from 90-100,000 people across the 3 days of the event.

The event is organized by The Parker Chamber of Commerce and consists of 4 major areas:

• Food/Beverage/Main Stage
• Marketplace
• Kids Country
• Carnival Rides

Consideration criteria* is based on the following:

• Chamber Membership Status.
• Past history with the event.
• Completeness of the RFP response
• Demonstrated ability to provide requested items and/or services.
• Competitive Pricing.
• Sponsorship status.

*All responses are considered on a variety of criteria and while these criteria are considered, they do not by any means guarantee or preclude acceptance of a suppliers proposal.

Deadline for Proposal: 5:00pm, March 12, 2010. Bids received after this date will not be considered. Proposals should be emailed to events@parkerdays.org

Equipment Description:

• 30 cubic yard dumpsters - minimum of 4 on-site at any given time, located in no more than 3 drop locations

Addtional Requirements:

• 2 dumpsters must be placed no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, June 10th at 2 different drop locations
• 2 dumpsters must be placed no later than 12:00pm on Friday, June 11th at the 3rd drop location (may be placed on June 10th if no increase in price)
• Trash disposal of 2 dumpster units on June 12, Saturday morning before 6:00am
• Trash disposal of 2 dumpster units on June 13, Sunday morning before 6:00am
• Trash Disposal and dumpster pickup on Monday of 4 dumpsters after 9:00am

Optional Requirements:

• 1 additional dumpster located in the third drop location to be delivered on Friday, June 11 before 12:00pm and picked up on Monday, June 14 with trash disposal on Sunday before 6:00am - please price this separately.

Proposal should include:

• Quote should include all charges, delivery, disposal, etc.
